How much do custom hats cost?

Richardson 112 hats start at $28 each for small quantities and drop as your quantity goes up — about $22 each at 24–35 units and as low as $16 each at 200+. Exact pricing depends on hat style and decoration. Text your logo for a free quote.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimums on most items. Wholesale price breaks start at 12, 24, and 48 units. Small teams and individuals are always welcome.

Do I pay before seeing a proof?

No. Every order gets a free digital proof first, and you don't pay until you approve it. Nothing goes to production without your green light.

How long does production take?

About 10 business days after you approve your proof. Larger embroidery orders can take up to four weeks. Rush options are available.

What can you decorate?

Genuine leather patch hats, custom embroidery, screen printing, and DTF (direct-to-film) printing on hats, polos, tees, hoodies, jackets, and workwear.

What file formats do you need?

Vector files are preferred (.AI, .EPS, .PDF). A high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI works too. In-house digitizing is included at no extra charge for standard designs.
