1. Custom Items Are Final Sale
Custom decorated items are made to order and are final sale. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or an ordering error on the customer's part. This applies to:
- Leather patch and embroidered hats
- Printed and embroidered apparel
- PVC and embroidered patches
- DTF and screen printed items
- Any item decorated with your artwork
2. If the Mistake Is Ours, We Make It Right
Damaged, defective, or not as proofed: If your order arrives damaged or defective, or does not match the digital proof you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@hobbspeak.com or (770) 796-4770 with your order number and photos.
What we do: We remake or replace the item at no cost to you. Hobbs Peak Designs pays the cost of return shipping when a return is required.

3. Refunds
Refunds, when issued, go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Orders are paid in full before production begins, and we do not take deposits or partial payments, so there is no balance to settle on a refunded order.
4. Proof Approval Before Production
Every order includes a free digital proof before production starts, and nothing is made until you approve it.
