Yes. Send us your logo or idea and we’ll create a professional mockup at no charge before you commit.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?+
We accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG (300+ DPI), and PSD files. Vector formats preferred for best results.

Every order receives a digital proof for approval before we begin production. No surprises.

What types of leather do you offer?+
We offer genuine cowhide leather in natural tan, dark brown, and black. Leatherette (vegan) options also available.
What’s the difference between debossed and engraved?+
Debossed patches are pressed into the leather creating an indented design. Laser engraved patches burn the design into the surface for a branded look with more detail.
Can I choose my own hat blank?+
Absolutely. We stock Richardson, Yupoong, Imperial, OTTO, Legacy, and more. If you have a preferred blank, we can source it.
What’s the turnaround on leather patch hats?+
Standard is 2-3 weeks. Most orders ship within 10-14 business days from artwork approval.

What’s the maximum stitch count?+
We handle designs up to 15,000+ stitches. Higher stitch counts produce richer, more detailed results.
Can you embroider on any fabric?+
We embroider on cotton, polyester, nylon, canvas, denim, and most blends. Some very thin or stretchy fabrics may need backing.
Do you offer puff embroidery?+
Yes. 3D puff embroidery adds raised dimension to your design — popular for hat fronts and bold logos.
What’s the minimum for embroidered items?+
12 units minimum for embroidered hats, polos, and jackets.
Screen Printing
SCREEN PRINTING
How many colors can you print?+
We handle 1-6 color designs. Each color requires a separate screen. For photographic or unlimited-color designs, we offer DTG printing.
What’s the minimum for screen printing?+
24 units minimum. Screen printing becomes more cost-effective at higher quantities due to setup costs.
Can you print on dark garments?+
Yes. We use an underbase (white layer) beneath colors to ensure vibrant results on dark fabrics.
What ink types do you use?+
Premium plastisol inks for durability and vibrant color. Water-based and discharge inks available for a softer hand feel.
