Custom decorated items are made to order and are final sale, so we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. If the mistake is ours, we make it right. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or does not match the digital proof you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@hobbspeak.com or (770) 796-4770 with your order number and photos. We will remake or replace the item at no cost to you and we cover return shipping.
