These terms apply to orders placed with Hobbs Peak Designs LLC ("Hobbs Peak," "we," "us") through hobbspeak.com, by invoice, or by text, phone or email. Wholesale and trade accounts are also covered by our Wholesale Terms.
1. Quotes and pricing
Pricing for decorated items depends on the item, decoration method, quantity per design, sizes and shipping. Quotes are good for 30 days from the date issued. Prices shown on the website are starting points, and your final price is confirmed in your quote or invoice.
2. Proofs and approval
We send a digital proof of your design before production. Please check spelling, colors, placement and sizes carefully. Once you approve a proof, we produce the order as approved.
3. Payment
Orders are paid in full before production begins. Payment is due after you approve your proof, using the payment methods offered on your invoice or at checkout. We do not accept cash, checks or payment apps outside those methods.
4. Minimums and setup charges
We have no overall order minimum. Some products and decoration methods have their own minimums, such as screen printing and patch options, and these are shown on the product page or in your quote. Small orders may carry a per-design setup charge, shown in your quote or invoice.
5. Production time and rush orders
Production time starts after your proof is approved and payment is received. Estimated timelines are not guarantees. Rush service is available on request, and orders needed in under 10 days carry a 25% rush fee when we can meet the date. We will tell you before you pay whether your date is achievable.
6. Shipping and pickup
Shipping is charged at the rates shown at checkout or on your invoice. See our Shipping Policy for rates and delivery details. Free local pickup is available in Temple, GA, and we will send pickup instructions when your order is ready.
7. Returns and mistakes
Custom decorated items are final sale. If we make a mistake, we will make it right. See our Return Policy for how to report a problem, and please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup.
8. Artwork and intellectual property
You confirm that you have the right to use all logos, names and artwork you give us. We may decline or ask for changes to any design that uses trademarks, team or brand marks, or copyrighted material without permission. Your artwork stays yours. You give us permission to use it to produce your order and, unless you tell us otherwise, to show finished work in our portfolio and on social media.
9. Customer-supplied items
We may decorate items you supply, subject to our customer-supplied item waiver. We are not responsible for damage that happens while decorating supplied items.
10. Color and size variation
Colors on screens and in proofs can differ slightly from printed, embroidered or patch results. Garment and hat colors and sizing can vary a little by manufacturer.
11. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
