1. Scheme Structure

Hobbs Peak provides two distinct paths for wholesale clients. BYOB (Bring Your Own Blank): Minimum 12 items. Clients manage logistics to our facility for customizing. Wholesale Direct: Minimum 24 items. We procure Richardson inventory and manage the full decoration process from start to finish. Our target is consistent collaboration with high-quality results. 2. Professional Credentials

Participation in these programs requires official tax-exempt certification. Applicants must submit a valid EIN, a current certificate for state sales tax exemption, and proof of active operations via a digital storefront or retail location. Enrollment is handled at our hub at hobbspeak.com/wholesale. We typically review submissions within 72 hours. As a values-driven organization, we hold the right to refuse service for projects that do not align with our internal standards or core community principles.

3. Creative Standards

To ensure elite production quality, please provide vector-based files such as .AI or .PDF formats. A comprehensive layout proof is necessary to confirm color codes and sizing before we begin. All text elements must be expanded to paths. We provide two free design iterations for every project; subsequent changes will incur a $15 fee per edit. 4. Budgeting

Specific rate cards are accessible through your authorized portal login. Estimated surcharges include $2 for rubberized PVC branding, $2 for specialized camo patterns, and $4 for premium headwear silhouettes. Additional side embroidery or back placements are $3 per unit. A standard $1 processing fee applies to each BYOB item unless the total exceeds 100 units. For billing clarification, please dial our office at 770-796-4770.

5. Order Funding

We require total payment once the proofing stage is finalized. No refunds or project cancellations are permitted after money has changed hands. Due to the bespoke nature of our gear, we do not offer financing or split deposit options.

6. Minimum Counts

Strict volume requirements apply to local and national contracts: BYOB requires 12 units, Wholesale Stock requires 24 units, and all detailed PVC or complex embroidery projects must reach a 50-unit threshold across any specific product category.

7. Shipping Window

Estimated lead times are 21-28 days following the completion of payment and art approval. Please add 14 days for custom PVC materials. Bulk runs over 200 pieces will receive a personalized schedule based on our current shop load. For any shipping inquiries or to track a rush order, call 770-796-4770. For BYOB, the clock starts once your raw inventory reaches our Carrollton warehouse doorstep.

8. BYOB Quality Policy

We exclusively accept structured headwear for customer-supplied runs. The sender takes responsibility for the integrity and freight of all incoming goods. Hobbs Peak cannot guarantee results on third-party blanks or cover costs for shipping mishaps. A $1 handling surcharge is applied to small batches under 100 pieces.
