After placing your order, you can email your artwork to us in PNG, PDF, or vector format (AI or EPS preferred) at the highest resolution possible.

Most orders are ready in about 10 business days after you approve your proof. Larger orders or busy seasons can take a little longer, and we’ll let you know if that happens.

Yes! Rush production may be available depending on order size and current volume. Reach out before ordering to confirm.

Most styles are available in one-size-fits-most (adjustable), and select styles come in structured fitted sizes. Size details are listed on each product page.

Absolutely. We keep your artwork on file so reorders are quick and easy. Just reference your previous order number when reaching out.

Custom items are non-refundable unless there is a production error on our end. If your order arrives with a defect, we will make it right.
