Most shops won't touch an order under 12 or 24 hats. That's never been how we work. Around a thousand orders come through Hobbs Peak every year, and most of them are one-offs — one hat, one design, done right. If you want a single custom embroidered dad hat, you're our normal customer, not an exception.

A dad hat is the relaxed one: unstructured, low-profile crown, curved bill, usually with a strap or buckle in back. It doesn't stand tall like a trucker — it sits low and casual, which is why it's the go-to for everyday wear, small brands, gifts, and anyone who doesn't want a stiff crown.
