Setup Cost Is the Driver
Most of the cost in a custom order isn't the shirt or the cap — it's the setup. Building the artwork, dialing in the leather patch placement, prepping screens for printing. That work costs roughly the same whether you're making ten pieces or a hundred. Spread it across ten and each piece carries a big share of it. Spread it across a hundred and that share shrinks to almost nothing.
