PLEASE NOTE — DECORATION PRICING & SETUP FEES: The price updates automatically when you choose your decoration. Embroidery and puff embroidery require a one-time $25 digitizing/setup fee per new logo. This fee is not charged at checkout; it will be added to your invoice after your proof is approved. Logos we have already digitized for you can be reused at no charge. PVC patches require a 50-piece minimum. Final pricing is confirmed on your free digital proof before anything goes into production.
How much do custom leather patch hats cost?
On a Richardson 112, $28 each for 1–5 hats, stepping down to $16 each at 200+. Camo adds $2 per hat. The leather patch is included, and your final price is confirmed on your free proof.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order one leather patch hat or a few hundred. Invoiced orders of 1–4 pieces carry a small $15 setup charge per design.
How long do leather patch hats take?
About 10–15 business days after you approve your free digital proof. Need them sooner? Rush orders inside 10 days are available at +25%, depending on our schedule.
Is it real leather?
Yes. Every patch is genuine full-grain leather, laser-engraved with your logo and sewn onto the hat with an industrial machine in our Temple, GA shop. No heat-press faux leather.
Do you ship outside Georgia?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the US, including Alabama, Tennessee, the Carolinas and Florida. Local pickup in Temple, GA is free.
