The Richardson 112 is the cap that built the custom-trucker category. Walk into any brewery, ranch supply, or contractor's truck in America and there's a 90% chance you'll see one — and the reason isn't marketing, it's the silhouette. Mid-crown, 6-panel structured, mesh trucker back, pre-curved visor, snapback closure. Every dimension is sized so it fits almost everyone without looking like a uniform.

We decorate the 112 more than every other blank combined. The flat front panel takes a leather patch dead flat with no curve to wrestle. Embroidery digitizes cleanly on the wool-blend front fabric. DTF print adheres without bubbling because the panel doesn't flex during pressing. If you don't already have a favorite cap blank, the 112 is the safest first pick.

Stock colors we keep in inventory: Black/White, Charcoal/White, Navy/White, Heather Grey/Black, Loden/Black, and Brown/Khaki. Richardson's full catalog runs to 25+ color combinations (Coyote/Black, Khaki/Coffee, Heather Grey/Heather Grey, etc.) and we can pull any of them — add 3–5 business days for sourcing if you're ordering a non-stock color.

Pricing on the Richardson 112 follows our standard hat ladder: $28 at qty 1, $26 at 6+, $24 at 12+, $22 at 24+, $21 at 36+, $20 at 50+, $18 at 100+, and $16 at 200+. That includes the blank, the decoration (leather patch, embroidery, or DTF print), and a free digital proof. Add-on locations (side, back) run $3/cap. Camo and PFP variants run $2/cap extra on the blank itself.

If you're choosing between a 112 and one of the other Richardson family members — the 115 (low-pro version of the 112), the 168 (flat-bill snapback), the 256 (rope hat), or the 110 (Flexfit-style fitted snapback) — the 112 is what we recommend by default. The others have specific use cases (115 for lifestyle/modern, 168 for streetwear/urban, 256 for premium western, 110 for fitted-feel without the snap) but the 112 is the most-universal choice for the widest audience.
