Custom hats are the workhorse of branded merchandise. They're the most worn, most photographed, and most-given piece of swag your brand will ever produce. That's why every hat that leaves our shop in Carrollton starts with a premium blank — Richardson, Flexfit, YP Classics, Imperial, Outdoor Cap, Lost Hat Co, Zapped Headwear — and ends with a decoration that's built for the long haul.

We make six core hat styles routinely: structured 6-panel snapbacks (Richardson 112 is the runaway favorite), mesh-back truckers (Richardson 115 for low-pro, 112 for high crown), unstructured dad hats (YP Classics 6245 + cotton twill), knit beanies (Sportsman SP12), rope hats (Richardson 256), and flat-bill snapbacks (Richardson 168). Every style accepts every decoration method we offer — leather patch, embroidery, DTF print, or sublimated mesh.

There's no minimum order. A single hat costs $28 at qty 1; the price drops to $26 at 6 units, $24 at 12, and bottoms out at $16/each for 200+. The discount ladder is the same across every blank, so a Lost Hat Co premium build and a Richardson 112 standard build follow the same volume curve. We quote in one business day for typical jobs.

Production is in-house in Carrollton, GA. That means proofs come back the same day, we catch design problems before they become re-runs, and locals (Carrollton, Temple, Villa Rica, Bremen, Douglasville, Dallas, Marietta) can stop by for pickup. We've shipped hats to all 50 states and ship from Georgia daily — most orders arrive in 2–5 days after production.

If you're building a new brand, hats are the smartest first move: low minimums, instant brand recognition, and a product people genuinely want to wear (unlike a stack of stickers nobody asks for). If you're refreshing an existing program, a leather patch hat on a Richardson 112 is the most defensible, most-recognizable upgrade from a Sharpie-on-a-shopping-bag promo cap.
