Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Hobbs Peak Designs website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Orders & Custom Work
All custom orders are subject to approval of a digital proof before production begins. Once a proof is approved and production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
Artwork & Intellectual Property
You represent that you have the right to use any artwork, logos, or designs submitted for production. Hobbs Peak Designs is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork.
Payment Terms
Payment is required before production begins on all orders. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Limitation of Liability
Hobbs Peak Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
