Production Times
Custom orders typically require 2-3 weeks for production after proof approval. Rush orders may be available — please contact us to discuss your timeline.
Shipping Methods
We ship via UPS and USPS. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after production is complete. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. You can also check your order status through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Rates are displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at amy@hobbspeak.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
