Custom hoodies are the cold-weather equivalent of a custom hat: high perceived value, high wear frequency, broad audience appeal. They're the most-given holiday gift in corporate programs, the most-requested addition to crew uniforms come October, and the merch drop that consistently sells through fastest in retail and lifestyle brands.

We work primarily with five hoodie blanks. The Bella+Canvas 3719 Sponge Fleece is our default recommendation — 7.5oz cotton/poly with a premium hand-feel, comes in 20+ colors, and reads as quality without breaking the budget. The Independent Trading Co SS4500 Midweight gives you a Carhartt-like feel at a noticeably better price. The Champion S700 Powerblend is the iconic option when the wearer's going to value the brand cue on the inside tag. The Comfort Colors 1567 Garment-Dyed is the right call for relaxed/washed/merch-line aesthetics. And the Gildan 18500 is the budget workhorse when you're printing 100+ units for promo giveaways.

Decoration options are flexible. Screen print is the default for bold front graphics, multi-color art, and anything bigger than 4″ × 4″ — it covers large areas cleanly at a per-unit cost that drops fast at volume. Embroidery is the right call for small left-chest logos (corporate uniform style) or any case where the stitched-texture premium feel adds visible value. Many of our customers do both — screen-print the back-yoke or full-back, embroider a small mark left-chest. Each additional print location adds $3 per garment.

Pullover vs. zip-up is roughly a 70/30 split in our shop. Pullovers win for merch-line drops, lifestyle brands, and gift programs (the front canvas isn't interrupted by a zipper). Zip-ups win for crew uniforms and field staff that take the hoodie on and off through the day. Same blank lineup is available in both fits.

Pricing starts at $48 per pullover at qty 1 and drops to $32 per unit at 200+. Embroidery has no minimum order quantity. Screen-print orders carry a 24-unit minimum per design/color combo (DTF print is the no-minimum alternative for screen-print-style art at our quantities).
